Domaine de BRAU Syrah 2019

We purposely kept this Syrah lighter than the usual Rhone Valley and rest of the world ones you will find. Easy to drink, fully organic, this wine is a dark red color, with a deep smell of cherries and a hint of pepper. The mouth is all dark fruits and spices. Enjoy it with spicy Sichuan or your favorite India dishes... oh yes, and with a chocolate cake!
